Booking Process
In order to book access requirements, you first need to purchase a General Admission ticket. After purchasing your ticket, please complete the form below stating your accessibility requirements and the event you are attending.
Unless you receive an email from us, please consider your requirements booked in. If you have any further questions, please read our Access Guide
Arrival at the Venue
- If you’re on the access list, please head to the front of the queue and let a member of staff know, we’ll make sure you’re looked after.
- Early entry can sometimes be arranged so you can get settled before doors open. If you’d like this, please arrive 5 minutes before the advertised door time and let staff or security know.
Venue Access
- Theatre (main events space): Access is via Back Colquitt Street. A member of staff or security will escort you to the entrance. There’s a designated space for wheelchair users to the right of the stage with good views and close access to the bar.
- Main Bar: Accessible via Seel Street. Staff will be happy to escort you in from there.
- The Loft: Unfortunately this space is not wheelchair accessible and can only be reached by a staircase (minimum 30 steps). If you’re attending an event here and need seating, please contact us in advance and we’ll arrange this for you.
Facilities
- Accessible Toilet: Located between the Theatre and Main Bar (staff or security can assist you).
- Reserved Seating: Available via a small set of stairs, offering an excellent view of the stage.
- Carer Tickets: These are not issued as physical tickets. Your name will be added on to our access list upon completion of our access form.

- Please note that strobe lighting, smoke machines and other effects may be used during some events.
